Neapolitan Memories

In these works on paper I’m exploring a childhood memory of birthday celebrations and the happy emotions of an earlier time. Working in mixed media on paper I used geometric shapes to hold in the emotional content of these works and restricted my palette to the three colors I remember with much happiness.
